Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 August 2026. This explains what Chipboard Room collects when you visit, and what your rights are.
What we collect
Chipboard Room collects a limited amount of standard technical information when you visit — page views, approximate location at country or region level, browser type, and referring site — used to understand how the site is used and to keep it running reliably. We don't ask visitors to create an account, and the contact form only collects what you choose to type into it.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies for essential functions like remembering that you've dismissed the cookie banner or the age notice, and optionally for basic analytics if you accept them. See our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown of what's set and why.
Affiliate links and third parties
Links to operators on this site include a tracking parameter that identifies Chipboard Room as the referral source. Clicking through takes you to the operator's own site, which has its own privacy policy and its own data practices — we don't receive or store any personal information about what you do after you leave this site.
How long data is kept
Technical and analytics data, where collected, is retained only as long as needed to understand site usage trends and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to request corrections, and to ask for it to be deleted. Since we collect very little personal data by design, most requests can be resolved quickly — get in touch via our contact page and we'll respond as soon as we can.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over, in line with UK gambling law, and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change to reflect it.
