What an affiliate relationship is

When you click through from Chipboard Room to an operator's site and go on to open an account, that operator may pay us a commission. This is how most independent comparison and review sites are funded, and it's why we can publish detailed reviews without charging readers to access them. The links used for this are tracked with a referral code specific to Chipboard Room, which is how an operator knows a signup came from this site.

What it doesn't change

Scores, star ratings and written reviews are set independently of any commercial arrangement. An operator paying a higher commission rate does not receive a better score, a higher position in the comparison table, or more favourable wording in a review. If an operator's product gets worse, the score reflects that regardless of any advertising relationship in place.

Which operators pay commission

Every operator currently listed on Chipboard Room — BetMGM, Voodoo Dreams, 10Bet, Lucky Vegas, William Hill and Euromania — is part of an affiliate programme that may pay this site a commission for referred signups. We do not currently list any operator on a purely unpaid basis, and we'll update this page if that changes.

No cost to you

Using a link from Chipboard Room doesn't cost you anything extra, and it doesn't change the terms, welcome offer or account conditions you'd get by going to the operator directly. The commission is paid by the operator out of their own marketing budget, not added to anything you pay or deposit.
